About the Role:
As a PE Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality physical education and inspiring students to develop a love for fitness and sports. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to create engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities of PE Instructor:

• Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
• Teach a range of physical activities to students in Key Stage 3 (Ages 11-14) and Key Stage 4 (Ages 14-16).
• Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events, fostering a sense of enthusiasm and teamwork.
• Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the PE curriculum and support student development.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.

Requirements of PE Instructor:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching physical education is essential.
• Early Career Teachers (ECT) are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in physical education.
• Commitment to promoting a love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Relevant qualifications or training in physical education (desirable but not essential).
