GSL Education is searching for an enthusiastic PE Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant school in Newcastle. Whether you’re looking to gain classroom experience or already have a background in sports coaching, this role offers a brilliant opportunity to inspire and lead young learners.
- Deliver pre-set PE lessons when the teacher is absent
- Manage behaviour and keep lessons focused and productive
- Encourage active participation in sport and fitness
- Support the school’s sports programme and promote teamwork
- Step in to cover general lessons when required
- Experience in sports coaching, PE, or working with young people
- A degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related field (ideal but not essential)
- Great leadership, confidence, and communication skills
- A passion for promoting physical activity and wellbeing
