Our client, a leading PCB assembly organisation in Hampshire, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills will contribute to innovative prototype, SMT, and conventional PCB assemblies.

Temporary to permanent role.
Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7:15 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Role Overview:

As a PCB Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling printed circuit boards. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure that every component is expertly soldered to create high-quality products. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and care.
2. Solder components to the board, ensuring high standards of quality.
3. Identify and differentiate between various electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, and more.
4. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
5. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics assembly.
2. A basic understanding of electronic components and their functions.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
