Job Title: Payroll Specialist / Manager
Location: Crawley
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Part Time (Flexible hours between 8am - 6pm with 2-3 days a week in the office)

What You'll Do:

As a Payroll Specialist / Manager, you will play a crucial role in administering payroll for staff across multiple offices and regions. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Timely Payroll Processing: Ensure precise payroll processing for their UK team and smaller international teams, adhering to all deadlines.
  2. Compliance Management: Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to guarantee compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  3. Diverse Payroll Tasks: Manage essential payroll functions and healthcare benefits as well as calculating commissions on perm and contract billings.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and management accountants to enhance payroll processes and maintain seamless communication across departments.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, driving efficiency and accuracy in payroll administration.
