Payroll Specialist - Permanent - London - Hybrid - up to £75,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a well-known financial services firm who have seen continued growth, recruiting for a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis. This sole role will be responsible for the analysis and execution of UK & global payroll operations and will be based in London on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing UK, EMEA & APAC payroll data for bi-weekly and monthly processing, ensuring accurate information is reported to the payroll provider.
  2. Ensuring the timely and accurate running of all payrolls across the global population within the given deadlines.
  3. Management of third-party payroll provider and SLA negotiation for fully outsourced and partly outsourced payrolls.
  4. Payroll administration of benefits delivered via payroll.
  5. Projects - vendor selection and payroll implementation for new locations and payroll setup for new legal entities in existing locations.

Key Skills:

  1. Minimum of 8 years payroll exposure.
  2. Excellent technical payroll knowledge within UK, EMEA & APAC payroll is essential.
  3. Experience with ADP payroll software is beneficial.
  4. Global Pension management experience.
  5. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business.
