An established organization is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll and benefits for around 200 employees. This part-time role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work three days from home. In this part-time position, you will manage full end-end payroll for roughly 200 employees as well as payrolling all benefits. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring in new initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency of payroll processes as this is an environment where your ideas will be listened to and supported.
Salary - Pro-rata salary £32,333 (FTE £48,500)
Location - Chertsey / Hybrid (3 days from home)
Role Type - Permanent / Part Time / 5 Hour Days / Mon-Fri (Would consider 4 day weeks also!)

Working closely with HR and Finance, you’ll oversee all disbursements, manage family leave, year-end reporting, pensions, and benefit administration, while constantly looking for opportunities to optimise and automate.
You’ll also manage fleet admin in partnership with our external provider, handle starter and leaver requirements, mileage tracking, and benefit-in-kind calculations.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting company growth with your commercial acumen, systems knowledge, and commitment to best practice.
Experience with integrated payroll systems, employee benefits administration and in-depth UK payroll expertise is essential.
