Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for an Payroll Manager to work onsite in Wrexham.


For the successful Payroll Manager, our client is offering:

  • Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700
  • Permanent

The role - Payroll Manager:

  • Responsible for processing Weekly and Monthly payroll for up to 1500 members of staff
  • Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, payroll reconciliations carried out and all legislative timescales are adhered to
  • Manage 1 staff member in the payroll department
  • Deal with payroll queries from employees from the group
  • Calculate deductions and apply attachment of earnings where instructed by regulatory bodies
  • Ensure accurate calculation of overtime and employee hours/timesheets

What our client is looking for in a Payroll Manager:

  • Experience as a payroll manager for a larger organisation - ESSENTIAL
  • Evidence of conducting weekly and monthly payroll as part of current role - ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of Crown and People XD software - DESIRABLE
  • Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills
