  • Manage and oversee all payroll procedures
  • Ensure compliance with current payroll tax requirements

  • Coordinate with HR for changes affecting payroll
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll information

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager previously.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll tax and compliance
  • Good understanding of payroll software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection protocols
