Payroll Manager

Kenton Black Finance are working with a friendly, established professional financial firm in Halesowen, West Midlands due to continued expansion and are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager. They will also consider a Payroll Senior/Supervisor with team leadership experience, ready for their next step for a HYBRID based role. The ideal candidate will possess full end to end payroll processing experience within either an accountancy, bureau, umbrella, or in-house payroll role, processing high volume payrolls at multiple intervals.

Your New Role as Payroll Manager:

You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a team environment, processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle (training is provided) at various intervals, overseeing and managing a small team and your own payrolls. This role offers a varied and interesting workload and a supportive, friendly stable team working environment. You should ideally possess previous supervisory/team leadership skills and/or be ready to step up into the role of Payroll Manager.

Day To Day Duties:

1. Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle/Sage payroll (training provided on system)
2. Auto enrolment pension contributions
3. Inputting payroll, resolving client payroll queries
4. Dealing with HMRC, RTI
5. Dealing with CIS/EPS
6. Processing new starters/leavers and processing P45/P46's
7. Dealing with SSP/SMP

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is a great opportunity for a payroll specialist with c 2/3yrs previous full end to end payroll processing experience, ideally from an accountancy, bureau, umbrella, or in-house payroll background with expertise to join this thriving and supportive professional firm.
