My client are a leading Global Engineering firm based in London's West End seeking a Payroll and HR office to join their established HR Team to provide support to their global team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading business in their field.
The role:
Your role within the team will be to prepare and run the payroll across EMEA and be responsible for all supporting HR Administration. Duties include:
HR Administration - Preparation of contacts, probations, benefits administration and employee insurances.
Using the system ADP to log monthly payroll changes and checking of the payroll before passing to HR Manager.
Issuing letters for pay reviews and bonuses
Handling payroll queries
Onboarding new starters and keeping right to work details up to date
The person:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is confident with payroll processeses.
You will have strong administration experience within HR and Payroll
Experience of ADP systems such as IHCM and Real Time
