Job description

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is recruiting a fixed term full time (36.25 hours per week) Payroll and HR Assistant, to be based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £24,440- £26,725 per annum.


If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the HR Team at CCHA. As our Payroll and HR Assistant, you will play a key role assisting the processing of payroll and supporting our people agenda. You will have a varied and interesting role responding to colleagues payroll and HR enquiries, maintaining our HR database, co-ordinating training and providing administrative support to the wider HR function.


You Will Have Skills And Experience That Includes
  • Supporting payroll processing
  • Providing a professional service within a busy department
  • Strong systems experience; HRIS, AMS, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Experience in dealing with confidential information
  • Confident to build and manage interpersonal relationships
