Role Overview

We are looking for aPayroll Coordinatorto support our outsourced payroll processes for approximately1,200 employees across 11 European countries.

Working closely with thePayroll Managerand two other team members, you will help ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we continue to evolve and enhance theemployee payroll experience.

OurEMEA Payroll teamis a collaborative and supportive group based inNantwich, operating in a hybrid work environment that balances office collaboration with remote work.

We are open to someone working fully remotely as well as someone who is commutable to our Basingstoke or Nantwich offices.

You Will
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery ofUK payroll services, complying with business and legal requirements.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries, providing a high-qualityemployee experience.
  • Collaborate withHR Business Partners, Reward CoE, Finance Shared Services, outsourced payroll providers, and HR Shared Services teams.
  • Upload payroll-related data onto relevantpayroll portals, download reports, and distribute outputs as needed.
  • Conductpayroll reconciliationsto ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process UK payroll transactions in accordance withlegal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement regulatory and compliance changes as required.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • ProcessNon-Executive Director payrolland overseeUK tax year-end processing.
  • HandleP11D processingfor UK employees.
Requirements
  • Experience inUK payroll processingand understanding of payroll legislation.
