Payroll Clerk

We are proud to be partnering with an organisation based in Warwick, who are looking to appoint a Payroll Clerk to join their supportive team.

This will be a full-time permanent office based position, with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience).

The ideal candidate will have full end-to-end payroll experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

1. Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end monthly payroll processing
2. Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and updated accordingly
3. Acting as a first point of contact for any payroll related queries
4. Dealing with statutory deductions and producing P45s and P11Ds
5. Posting to payroll journals and producing relevant reports

Experience required:

1. Experience of end-to-end payroll preparation
2. Minimum 3-years' experience in payroll

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

1. Experience with manual payroll calculations
2. Good understanding of statutory deductions to include pensions and auto enrolment
3. High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
4. Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
5. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (Flexible)
