Job description

We are pleased to be supporting a large & successful Financial Services organisation with a Global presence in their search for a proficient & bright payroll professional to join their team.

Reporting into the Payroll & Benefits Manager and working in a small team, this role will play a key part in payroll & benefits reporting for UK & International entities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Processing of global payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Assist with month-end processes
  • Prepare & submit payroll-related reports
  • Support and review the administration of employee benefits
  • Liaise with benefit providers & manage benefit renewals
  • Assist with audits & risk assessments
  • Support with payroll compliance
  • Support salary adjustments & bonus approvals

In order to be considered for this role, you will have prior experience of processing UK & EMEA payrolls, ideally gained from a professional service or similar environment. Proven experience with payroll & benefits is required.

This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office) & a variety of fantastic benefits such as an onsite gym, private medical & dental insurance, 9% pension & a generous bonus scheme.
