Department Overview
Compensation & Benefits Reporting for Monex group of EMEA entities (UK, Canada, Singapore, Netherlands, and Spain). The Compensation & Benefits team plays a vital role in balancing commercial needs, employment law, and best practices while ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant compensation practices across all entities.
Payroll & Compliance: Process monthly payroll, maintain accurate records, conduct payroll checks, and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Compensation Planning: Variable compensation structure and schemes. Responsibility for the annual remuneration process for all offices and department.
Governance & Reporting: Prepare compensation reports for Finance and the Board, support governance structures, and align payroll and benefits policies with regulatory and internal requirements.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits, including health, pension, life assurance, and other programs, manage annual renewals, and communicate updates effectively.
Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, providing independent facilitation without offering tax advice.
Reporting, and compensation compliance oversight, the team supports the boards and senior management decision-making and maintains fair and well-regulated compensation practices.
Job Overview
The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator will provide essential support to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager and team in administering payroll, benefits, and compliance processes across Monex’s global entities (UK, Canada, Singapore, Netherlands, and Spain).
This role will focus on the administration of compensation policies, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance across our global for all countries where Monex is present.
The individual should possess a high level of integrity and be commercially aware, remain confidential and build credibility within the business.
