Our Talent (HR) team is expanding to support On's growth, and we are looking for an HR professional to join our Talent Operations team, focusing on delivering Payroll and Benefits excellence for the Americas Region.
This is a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience by planning, implementing, administering benefits and processing payroll across 3 Geographies with accuracy and in compliance with state and country specific rules and regulations.
Your Mission
- Own and execute payroll operations across 3 Geographies: Brazil, Canada, and US
- Lead and design annual evaluation methodology to drive optimization, shaping benefits offerings to meet the changing needs of the workforce through consultation to global partners
- Autonomously own and manage vendor relationships, including but not limited to payroll partners, retirement plan, and benefits carriers
- Navigate Talent systems such as Workday and ADP ensuring a high data quality and dataflow
- Lead, design, and execute holistic open enrollment activations including communication plans, benefits education sessions, and team member and system support
- Collaborate, educate, and empower Talent Business Partners to support team members and managers regarding payroll and benefits specific questions
- Continually improve the operational onboarding and departure experience for team members by aggregating feedback from talent sub-functions such as recruiting, lifecycle, and business partnering team(s)
- Contribute to regional and global projects on driving and scaling talent operations, e.g. manage the optimization of employment verifications, identify instances of automation, and other strategic support and projects as needed
- Support with Fleet Management across the Americas region (Brazil, Canada, and United States)
- Perform all duties and responsibilities as the Retirement Plan Administrator for the US and Canada
Your Story- 5+ years of experience in Payroll and Benefits program management and administration
- Knowledge of Brazilian, Canadian, and United States federal, state, and provincial labor laws
- Required proficiency in ADP and Workday systems
- High relational intelligence approaching all interactions with sensitivity, humility and curiosity
