Summary: Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Reporting to the Director of People, Culture and Learning, as the Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing and administering employee Benefits programs. Responsible for ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and efficiently, and that the Company complies with relevant regulations.
Your primary focus will be on accurately and efficiently processing payroll, managing the company pension schemes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and administering and growing the employee benefits program. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll processes and benefits management. This new role is pivotal to the continued expansion of The Other House as we grow our brand, across properties and departments.
