Job description

An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an experienced Payroll Administrator in south Fife working within a highly-successful payroll bureau. A salary in the mid-twenties is on offer.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a varied payroll environment. You will work with a portfolio of clients, dealing with a wide range of payroll matters covering hourly-, weekly-, 4 weekly-, and monthly-paid, as well as inputting data, reviewing, reporting, and delivering to the client. You will deal with pension payments and keep up with relevant legislation affecting payroll.

You will also assist clients who handle their own payroll where necessary and develop strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

You should ideally have experience with Sage payroll software and Xero.

This opportunity is based in a busy, friendly office, so good interpersonal skills are required.
