Agility Resourcing is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Administrator on behalf of one of our esteemed clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transaction Management: Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  2. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain essential financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  5. Audit Support: Assist with financial audits as needed.
  6. Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and paycheck distribution.
  7. Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of payroll data and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Deductions Processing: Manage payroll deductions, such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
  9. Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile payroll transactions and address any discrepancies promptly.
  10. Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other systems.
