Job Summary: The Patient Service Representative assists in processing referrals for Managed Care clients, communicating information to patients and facilitating flow of data to providers. Processes forms for insurance companies, provides record keeping, and serves as a resource to providers and other office staff.

Specifications: Associate degree and two years’ experience with third party billing in a medical office environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in the English language.
