We want to develop you into a subject matter expert within patient recruitment.

We are looking for individuals who would like to pursue a career in patient recruitment, have a background in clinical trials, or are recent graduates seeking their first opportunity in clinical trials.

Role Responsibilities

The role of a Patient Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the project teams. Responsibilities will include:

1. Support completion of start-up and project management documentation
2. Maintain training files and logs
3. Minute taking at client and study meetings
4. Scheduling of client-facing and internal meetings
5. File management to remain audit-ready and keep data up to date
6. Assist with client reports
7. Review of timesheets
8. QC of patient recruitment materials

We would ideally like the following skills/experience:

1. Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize, managing a variety of projects simultaneously
3. Professional and focused approach to roles and responsibilities
4. Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
