Patient Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Patient Assistant. The post holder will join our friendly Administration/Reception Team to work at Westminster Surgery.

This role is part time - 31.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include working on reception, clerical and administration duties, and supporting GPs, Clinicians, and Service Users within our surgery.

Person Specification

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent/relevant administration experience

Knowledge and Expertise

• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act

Experience

• Typing experience
• Experience of dealing with the public on the telephone and face to face
