Salary: £42,000 per annum

This isn’t your average pastry role. As our Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal part in crafting desserts and sweet treats that amaze fans, VIP guests, and players alike. From luxury fine-dining creations for executive boxes to bold and fun match-day classics, you’ll help lead a team that’s all about passion, precision, and pushing boundaries.

You will be working alongside some of the best in the business in a fast-paced, electric atmosphere where every day offers new challenges. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is more than just a football venue - it’s a hub of entertainment, fine cuisine, and unforgettable experiences.

• Supporting the Head Pastry Chef in managing and inspiring a team of pastry chefs
• Developing innovative menus, from indulgent tarts to show-stopping desserts
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and creativity
• Collaborating with the wider culinary team to deliver unforgettable hospitality experiences
• Ensuring all operations run like clockwork on match days and events, adhering to food safety standards

About you:

• A pastry professional with experience in high-end venues, luxury catering, or a top-class restaurant
• Creative flair with an eye for detail - you will make desserts that not only taste amazing but look like art
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of pastry techniques and the ability to adapt to different styles and scales
• A passion for innovation and delivering memorable experiences through food
