Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge islooking for a Pastry Sous Chef (Maternity Cover) to join our Pastry team on a fixed term basis (May 2025 to May 2026).

The Pastry Sous Chef role:

  • The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible to supervise, coordinate and assist the Head Chef in planning, preparation and production of all food items & maintain the smooth running of the operation.

  • To control food cost, portion and market list.

  • To check and liaise at all times with the Chief Steward to ensure that high standards of cleanliness.

  • To give impeccable service at all times and provide management and leadership of the department.

  • To deputize in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef
