Liaise with suppliers, place orders, manage stock levels, and ensure all goods meet quality standards. Maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure food quality meets restaurant requirements. Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team, delegate tasks effectively, manage staff schedules, and authorize holidays when needed. Work with senior staff on menu updates, and handle customer complaints professionally in the head chef’s absence. Pastry Sous Chef near Sutton Coldfield (Ideal) Candidate:
