Role Purpose

We’re now looking for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join our purpose-built pastry kitchen working with a lovely team led by an incredible Executive Pastry Chef.

As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will be creating delicious treats such as cakes, petit fours, muffins, afternoon teas, and plated desserts ranging from sweet and simple to fine and advanced.

Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team of 7.
