A Pastry Chef is required for this beautifully appointed country manor hotel in Staffordshire.

This stunning property is home to a 1AA Rosette awarded restaurant serving classic British cuisine using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have experience of working as a Pastry Chef within a high-end kitchen.

You must have pastry experience in a fresh food kitchen in order to be considered for this role.

The culinary offering at this stunning country manor house is headed up by a Head Chef with a fantastic background who has instilled in his team his own passion for local and seasonal ingredients.

As Pastry Chef you will:

• Be a proven Pastry Chef with good experience of working within high-quality kitchens
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, breads, petit fours, and all other manner of pastries
• Be looking to join a friendly kitchen brigade where you will continue to learn
