Role Purpose

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be serving a modern British menu from breakfast to dinner in our vibrant and busy kitchen made up of 35 chefs from a range of backgrounds. Darwin is driven by its team spirit.

You’ll have plenty of learning potential and, with our senior team having risen through the ranks of Darwin kitchen themselves, a clear progression path.

So, if you enjoy a fast-paced busy kitchen and have an interest in creating fresh, seasonal desserts; as well as have a great attitude and willingness to learn new things, we’d love to hear from you!
