As a Pastry Chef de Partie at The Cadogan, you will join our fantastic Pastry team who look after each other, our amazing property, and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Supervise junior chefs, effectively taking charge of certain sections in the kitchen.
  • Closely work with the team to prepare and design an enticing menu.
  • Ensure all tools and workspaces are clean, tidy, and functional.

What You Bring:

  • Warm, genuine, and approachable character.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
