Pastry Chef de Partie – Exciting Opportunity in a Stunning Countryside Setting

We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen brigade at a highly regarded countryside venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your pastry skills in a creative, forward-thinking environment that values quality, sustainability, and innovation.

As part of a 2 AA Rosette kitchen team, you’ll be joining a professional and well-organized pastry section within a venue that combines refined dining with a relaxed, rustic charm. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range kit, and ongoing investment ensures you’ll be working in an inspiring and efficient environment. With a varied offering that includes fine dining desserts, afternoon teas, celebration cakes, and bespoke event menus, no two days are the same.

What We Offer:

Salary: £35,692 per year + service charge (£3,000 - £3,500 per year)

Contract: 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Live-in Accommodation Available: £303 per month, including bills – just 5 minutes from the venue

Meals on duty and full uniform provided
