As Pastry Chef, you will be a vital part of our high performing brigade and will be producing delicious pastry items and desserts plus other food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Head Chef. You will run the Pastry section to ensure that all customers receive a first-class food experience.

You will be aware that presentation and attention to detail are key for the role of Pastry Chef.
As a Pastry Chef, you will have experience in creating different breads, desserts & pastries.
We are looking for someone with experience working as a Pastry Chef/baker or in a similar food production role (preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment). You will have experience working as part of a team and alone ensuring deadlines are met, high standards are maintained, and SOPs are followed. You will be experienced in developing new recipes and working with the team to create new recipes.
Knowledge of and adherence to food hygiene standards is essential.
