We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pastry Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team in our stunning 4* Hotel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

What We Expect
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in accordance with the restaurant's menu and recipe specifications.
  • Assist in the planning and development of menus, taking into account seasonal availability of ingredients.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support junior kitchen staff in their development and ensure a cooperative working environment.
  • Participate in the training of new kitchen staff and ensure they understand the standards of the restaurant.
  • Handle food preparation in a timely manner while ensuring all food safety regulations are followed.
  • Assist with inventory management and waste control to maximize profit margins.
  • A passion for food and commitment to continual learning and improvement.

  • Minimum 1AA Rosette experience required
