An amazing school in Reading is looking to take on a psychology graduate in a Pastoral Support Worker position, to provide their students with continuous encouragement to reach their full potential. The school provides education for students with additional social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as students that struggle with behavioral challenges. The successful graduate will be providing students with empathy and support in order to help them regulate their thoughts and emotions in a healthy manner. The school is keen to give these students a high quality of education while supporting their individual needs, and as a Pastoral Support Worker, you will be working alongside class teachers and professionals based on site to achieve this. This position will provide valuable experience in the industry for anyone looking to pursue a career in education, psychology, criminology, etc!

Details:

  1. Position: Pastoral Support Worker
  2. Salary: £80 - £95 per day
  3. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30
  4. Location: Reading

Responsibilities:
