The successful graduate will be providing students with empathy and support in order to help them regulate their thoughts and emotions in a healthy manner. The school is keen to give these students a high quality of education while supporting their individual needs, and as a Pastoral Support Worker, you will be working alongside class teachers and professionals based on-site to achieve this.
