Job description

I am working exclusively with one of our partner primary schools in Salford to recruit a Pastoral Lead on a long-term supply basis to start ASAP. The role includes delivering interventions with children from Nursery up to Year 6. All applications are from Teaching Assistants with recent primary school experience.


This school is graded 'Good' by Ofsted and described as a place where the staff have high aspirations for pupils and work hard to ensure they achieve as much as they possibly can.


To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and/or experienced Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting. You will be passionate and enthusiastic with good behaviour management skills. As a candidate employed by Hays you will benefit from being paid to scale from day one of the assignment. You will further receive continuous support from a dedicated consultant who will provide you with a free CV & interview advice and on-going career support.
