Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager

Job Description Overview: A leading M&E Contractor based in East London are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team and progress towards a Project Manager position. They work primarily within the commercial sector within London and South East. The role is ideal for a Mechanical Supervisor looking to advance their career.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee mechanical works on site.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Manage and mentor junior staff.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure project success.
5. Report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
