Salary: £58K Basic / £68K OTE
Hours: 44 Hours per week Monday - Friday ONLY, No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities as a Parts Sales Manager:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, drive, and motivate the parts team to achieve high performance.
2. Monitoring & Development: Oversee the Parts Advisors, ensuring high performance and identifying training and personal development opportunities for staff.
3. Sales Performance: Manage sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue through various channels, including manufacturer and trade accounts.
4. Customer Focus: Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, particularly in the accident repair sector.
5. Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the parts department, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Parts Sales Manager Requirements:

1. Experience: Applications are sought from experienced Parts Managers or Sales Managers. Those currently in roles such as Parts Supervisor or Parts Advisor with team leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
2. Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of automotive parts, particularly within the accident repair sector.
3. Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive team performance.
4. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in automotive parts management or related fields are advantageous.
