• Pay: £27,000 - £29,000 Basic + Monthly Bonuses
• Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (30-minute lunch break)

Our client, a reputable family-run accident repair centre based in Aldershot, Hampshire, are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities of a Parts Manager:

• Oversee the inventory management and ensure the availability of all necessary parts for vehicle repairs.
• Order and buy parts from suppliers, negotiating for the best prices and terms.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of stock levels and parts orders.
• Work closely with technicians to identify and source required parts efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to the workshop.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding parts, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage returns and warranty claims, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Supervise and train junior staff within the parts department.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to prevent shortages and overstock.
