Job Description:

Tomcat Motorsport Ltd is looking for an organised individual to manage the Parts department. This is a full-time position in the office/factory. The main responsibilities include maintaining and controlling all aspects of parts supply, procurement, management, sales, and updates. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in IT to manage the web shop, website, social media, and videos. The role involves the following:

Parts Responsibilities:
  1. Parts procurement
  2. Parts stock control
  3. Parts financial entries
  4. Parts photography and web shop updates
  5. Parts sales, invoicing, and web shop payment maintenance
  6. Receiving and stock taking of all incoming parts
  7. Packing and sending all parts out
  8. Allocation of parts to Workshop for factory builds
  9. Costing parts for factory builds
  10. Twice yearly stock take
  11. Material and part supplier procurement and management
  12. Keeping parts/accounts software up to date
  13. Constantly looking for ways to improve the efficiency of parts management
IT Responsibilities:
  1. Web shop maintenance, improvements, updates, and population of new products
  2. Website changes and news updates
  3. General IT assistance, procurement, and maintenance of current systems
  4. Social media content with regular updates on Tomcat, including videos
General Responsibilities:
  1. Working with the accounts department on all Tomcat parts and materials
  2. Workshop assistance when required (no skills required for this)
  3. Delivery and collection of vehicles and large parts

This Parts Manager role is currently small but growing quickly. Tomcat Motorsport needs a Parts Manager to help meet the growing demand for this department. Applicants must possess a clean UK driving licence.
