1. Excellent technical knowledge gained in the retail motor industry, as well as previous management experience in a similar role.
2. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
3. Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude.
4. Able to multi-task and switch between tasks.
5. A team player who offers help and support to others.
6. Liase with other managers within the business.
7. Be adaptable and approachable always.
