Location: Didcot
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday - Saturday Morning Rota

Our client, a Dealership with Multiple sites, is actively seeking to employ a Parts Manager to oversee the parts operations at a depot based near Didcot.

About your new Parts Manager role:

1. Be responsible for leading & growing the Parts team through coaching and development.
2. Providing support to the Service & Sales Teams.
3. Key Contact for Suppliers and Customers.
4. Achieve and exceed the parts targets monthly and annually.
5. Ensure accurate resources are available to develop the parts department.
6. Continually identify new areas of growth within the parts department.

What you'll need to succeed in a Parts Manager role:

1. Excellent experience and knowledge of Plant, HGV or Agricultural and Horticultural maintenance equipment.
2. Great accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Familiar with Agricultural, Farming, Garden Machinery or Plant Construction.
4. Computer literate.
5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
6. Able to work extended hours and weekends throughout seasonal or busy periods.
