PARTS MANAGER

OTE: £44,000 pa

Parts Manager job details
Basic Salary: £39,376 pa
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 07:00 - 18:00, including alternating Saturdays
Location: Cardiff

Reporting:
Parts Manager will report directly to the Group Parts Manager

Responsibilities of a Parts Manager

1. Overseeing a parts team of 6
2. Dealing with customers and employees in a professional and timely manner and responding to queries in a timely manner.
3. To maintain a good working environment for all members of the team.
4. Keeping up the rates of productivity for all team members.
5. Ensuring all targets and KPIs are met on a weekly basis.
6. Adhering to all manufacturer training and making sure that the teams training is up to date.
