Position: Parts Manager
Location: Bedford
Basic Salary: £35,000 + Bonus
OTE: £3,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Occasional Saturdays (paid at overtime)

Parts Manager required for a popular franchised main dealership located in Bedford.

We are recruiting for a Parts Manager for our Client's bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is £40,000.

Parts Manager Person Specification:

1. A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
2. Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
3. Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
4. Motivating and developing the Parts Team
5. Strong Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities:

1. Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
2. Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
3. As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
4. Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
