Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or a commercial role in the SaaS Software industry, with a strong understanding of the Private Equity ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful private equity programs.
  • Experience managing PE introduced leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead submission to deal closure, with ownership of a revenue target.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with Private Equity partners and influence key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of HiBob's Private Equity partnerships program effectively.
  • Experience in HR technology or adjacent fields is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Location Requirement:

This position is based in London, with an expectation to work in our Farringdon office 2-3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). Whilst a hybrid role we value in-person collaboration and connection as key to our success.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Equity Partner Manager to develop and scale our Private Equity partner program. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and relevant stakeholders to positively impact business growth. Executing the PE go-to-market strategy, collaborating with PE partners to build a pipeline of opportunities, creating value by aligning our HR solutions with PE-backed companies’ needs, driving significant revenue through this critical ecosystem.

What Will You Do?

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of strategic Private Equity (PE) partners, ensuring mutual success through the delivery of business efficiency and consistent revenue generation.
  • Own and manage a pipeline target staying on top of your KPI’s throughout each quarter.
  • Contribute to the design and scaling of a high-impact Private Equity partner program, creating structured processes for PE partner recruitment and mutual value generation.
  • Develop tailored business plans and partnership agreements for Private Equity partners to align their goals with HiBob’s strategic priorities, driving measurable impact.
  • Strengthen relationships with Private Equity partners and their portfolio companies through collaborative activities, including joint marketing efforts and portfolio company engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless experiences for Private Equity partners and their portfolio companies throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate the impact of Private Equity partnerships to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, understanding the needs and motivations of Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies to refine program offerings and messaging.
  • Identify and attend relevant private equity and investor events to get HiBob and our value proposition in front of business leaders.
