An established industry player is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves strategically developing and managing academic partnerships, ensuring a high-quality experience for partner students. The successful candidate will work closely with diverse stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and supporting policies related to partner students. We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join the University of Suffolk’s growing Centre for Academic and International Partnerships (CAIP). Working closely with academic schools and other professional services departments, the CAIP Team is responsible for the development and management of the University’s academic partnership arrangements with a number of institutions and organisations based in the UK and internationally.
The Partnerships Manager will work closely with a range of colleagues from across the University to develop and manage academic partnerships from a strategic and operational perspective, ensuring there is an excellent experience for partner students and that staff at partner organisations are supported in their work with the University. The post holder will also work closely with other teams around the organisation to support the delivery of processes and policies as they relate to partner students. These teams include Admissions, Student Records and the Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct (OSACC).
The post holder will be a highly skilled manager with experience of working with multiple stakeholder groups and contributing to the delivery of an excellent student experience. The post holder will primarily be based at the University’s Ipswich campus, making regular visits to partner sites during the academic year.
