DESCRIPTION
WONDERY (an Amazon company) is one of the largest podcast publishers in the US with the most local language versions of its shows. Launched in 2016, and known for its immersive podcasts, Wondery became the fastest network to join the Top 10 ranker by Podtrac in the US, propelled by hit shows such as Dr. Death, Dirty John, Even the Rich, and Business Wars. Wondery launched the global hit Dr. Death in seven languages worldwide, reaching #1 in five countries. Many Wondery series are being adapted for scripted television, including Dr Death, The Shrink Next Door, and WeCrashed. Our German-language shows include Kurt Krömer - Feelings, Was bisher geschah, Skandal Skandal and Kampf der Unternehmen.
We are looking for a highly customer-focused and relationship-oriented Partner and Talent Manager to join our team based in the UK. In this position, you will be responsible for helping to identify and engage top-tier podcast creators to Wondery's network, onboard partners to our ecosystem (W+, sales network), and foster the relationship between our partners and key Wondery teams such as Content, Production, and Sales. You will serve as the central point of contact for our partners, ensuring their satisfaction and overall well-being within the Wondery network. Additionally, you will ensure a successful lifecycle, helping to track performance against revenue targets, and helping to identify new business opportunities in collaboration with Wondery's content, franchising, audiovisual, and marketing teams.
