Partner / Senior Associate Solicitor - Travel Law

THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with travel law experience to join a City-based Travel Team at Legal Director/Partner level. You will have primary responsibility for advising a high-profile client base including travel/holiday/leisure companies on commercial matters relating to travel law, regulatory/compliance, and media law.

The main workload will have a commercial focus covering booking terms and conditions, compliance, consumer protection, and regulatory issues. There will also be an opportunity to handle some contentious travel work.

As a senior fee earner, you will be expected to develop a solid network of contacts and participate in business development for the team.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ PQE and travel law experience, ideally with travel claims experience gained from working in-house or at a law firm.

Candidates with experience of handling hotel/transport/travel contracts would be of particular interest and well suited to the role.
