As the Partner Learning & Development Manager, you’ll create and deliver outstanding development experiences for our Partner Network. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a community of highly engaged independent business owners, bursting with entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll lead a team to create and deploy an engaging digital training strategy to this unique audience of ambitious self-starters, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to achieve their goals.
To be successful you’ll fully understand the world of our Partners and the UW business priorities. You’ll be confident leaning into the Partner Community expertise and balance the requirements of internal UW stakeholders. Ultimately, the role is about personal growth for the partners to enable them to grow their own businesses and, as a result, deliver growth for UW.

This role reports to the Head of Partner Engagement, joining a team focused on engaging and delivering impactful experiences for our Partners. You'll manage a Learning Content Consultant and Partner Training Operations Lead.
You'll be expected to be active and visible within the Partner network, building great relationships with our most senior Partners and working with them to design and deliver exceptional learning experiences.
