QC Legal are looking for a Partner to join an exceptional Corporate team, at this boutique firm.Our client isfamousforproviding on-the-money adviceas well asboasting an outstanding team.Theyoffer a myriad of services including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, debt and equity investment, shareholders and JV agreements, and corporate governance.

This is a truly rare opportunity to establish yourself as a Corporate Partner.You will be steppinginto a dynamic collegiate atmosphere, where you’ll collaborate with a determined and united team of legal experts.Youwill be expected to be an established partner or a rising star, known within the Corporate sector as a genuine rainmaker, and be looking to take on a joint lead role.

ROLE

• You will be working on a broad range of corporate legal work, from group reorganisations, management incentivisation, shareholder agreements, M&A, PE and more.
• As part of a tenacious team, you will be ready to undertake a variety of technically challenging work for high calibre clients.
• More specific responsibilities include, drafting shareholder agreements, legal assistance in selecting and implementing the most appropriate corporate governance structure, consultations on capital formation and distribution.
• Supervise and support the development of junior lawyers.

REQUIREMENTS

• English qualified lawyer.
• 10+ PQE.
• An ambitious individual with extensive corporate law experience.
• Must have a first-rate commercial awareness and extensive knowledge of company law and corporate transactions.
• You must be highly capable of business development and able to manage junior team members and delegate effectively whilst ensuring work is done in a timely and precise manner.
