What exactly will you be doing?
As a Partner Account Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and nurturing relationships with AAT's valued partners, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing existing partnerships, driving brand loyalty and advocacy. Additionally, you will lead on the account management of distance learning training partners, providing them with tailored support to enhance their engagement and success. You will monitor financial performance, engagement levels and partner satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help shape account development strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding and lifecycle experience for partners.
